Retail Marketing Manager

    Salary: ¥8,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 per annum

    A global luxury fashion company is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute sales promotion strategies, retail campaigns, and events to drive store traffic, customer engagement, and sales performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales promotion plans to increase store traffic and sales
    • Collaborate with retail, merchandising, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and planning teams to align initiatives with business objectives
    • Plan and execute in-store activations, seasonal promotions, and product launches
    • Localise global marketing initiatives in partnership with international teams
    • Plan and execute retail events including VIP experiences, fashion showcases, and store openings
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign and event execution
    • Support CRM initiatives and develop in-store experiences that strengthen customer engagement
    • Analyse campaign performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimise strategies
    • Develop retail marketing tools, including POP, DM, digital signage, and posters
    • Manage GWP ordering and inventory control
    • Review and manage retail media across department stores, outlets, websites, SNS, and OOH
    • Manage sales promotion budgets, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in sales promotion, retail marketing, or related roles within fashion, luxury, or retail industries
    • Proven experience in campaign planning, event execution, and cross-functional project management
    • Skilled in market analysis, consumer behaviour insights, CRM initiatives, and retail marketing tools
