Salary: ¥8,000,000 – ¥12,000,000 per annum
A global food and consumer goods company is looking for a Point of Sales Material & Asset Specialist. The selected candidate will lead POSM development, in-store activations, vendor coordination, and trade execution to strengthen brand impact and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and rollout of POSM and brand assets aligned with guidelines
- Manage global vendors and local agencies for sourcing and creative execution
- Support trade marketing programs that drive brand value and commercial results
- Execute in-store activations, manage promoters, and analyse performance data
- Coordinate channel and category strategies, annual planning, and ROI tracking
- Oversee budgets, purchase orders, stock management, and sales enablement tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in a commercial role, (consumer goods industry and/or online platforms is ideal)
- Prior experience in developing and implementing merchandising tactics
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
