A renowned international medical devices company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Surgical. The selected candidate will drive marketing strategies and product management for the surgical business in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with global objectives
- Lead product management, including market research, competitive analysis, and R&D collaboration
- Plan and execute product launches with effective go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, academic societies, and clinical stakeholders
- Provide up-to-date clinical and product information to internal and external teams
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support business operations
Requirements:
- Experience in medical device marketing (surgical or related fields is ideal)
- Prior experience working in cross-functional and international teams
- Knowledge of the Japanese healthcare and regulatory environment
- Proficient in Japanese and English
