About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Head Office Administration Team.
This role supports the company’s core operations in administration, finance, and B2B communications.
Main Responsibilities:
• Salary and payroll coordination
• Invoice creation, payment tracking, and filing
• Data input and record management
• Office organization, document filing, and scheduling support
• Market and product research, data collection, and report creation
• Internal coordination between shops and departments
• Supporting top management tasks and ongoing communication, scheduling
Optional / Additional Skills (Preferred):
• B2B customer support and account management
• Communication with corporate clients and partners in Japanese
• Handling orders, inquiries, and client databases
• Experience in logistics, supplier coordination, or import/export documentation

Requirements:
• Japanese level JLPT N2 or above (business-level reading & writing required)
• English fluency (international communication ability)
• Strong computer and organizational skills (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, AI tools)
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred

• 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Working hours: 10:00–18:00 (flexible within reason)
• Office located near Otemachi / Kanda Station
