Store Staff Position Overview:
As a Store Staff member, you will guide customers through their shopping experience, provide cultural insights, and share your knowledge of Japanese craftsmanship.
Office Staff Position Overview:
Join our office team to support essential operations across multiple departments. Depending on your skills and interests, you may contribute to areas such as Product, Human Resources (HR), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to develop new skills, and the chance to grow into specialized career paths as our company expands.
Store Responsibilities:
Engage with customers & provide excellent service
– Maintain store cleanliness & product presentation
– Assist with tax refunds & interpretation
– Manage inventory & educate customers on knife care
Working Conditions:
– Locations: Asakusa, Kappabashi, Shibuya (Stores), Tsukiji (Office)
– Flexible shifts, minimum 4 hours per shift
– Breaks: 45 min (6+ hours), 60 min (8 hours)
