👨🏫👩🏫 New hires will become part of a small team of 4 or 5 teachers at each school, working together to let their kids have fun, learn English, and build confidence in their language skills! We encourage our teachers to try new approaches, with all teachers having the freedom to plan their own lessons and tailor them to their students’ needs while being guided by our overall curriculum. As well as helping our students grow, we strive to create an environment where our teachers can grow too. We hold regular training and always have mentors available for advice. Additionally, we offer a leadership route for advancement for teachers who show potential and want to build their careers.
🏫 We have ten schools based in the Kanto area surrounding Tokyo, all within 30 minutes to an hour of travel to central Tokyo. Each school has a small team of native teachers, and bilingual Japanese staff who are always there to offer support.
✨ We provide training, longer vacations (Golden Week, Winter holidays etc.), salary does not change from month to month, and help to pay for Japanese classes. Teachers take care of their own regular classes and students. We also have seasonal events, trips, and a lot of fun!
