A global luxury goods company is looking for a Demand & Distribution Planning Specialist. The selected candidate will manage product allocation, stock control, and demand forecasting across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product launches and stock control for permanent and cross-seasonal products
- Create and align allocation plans with Merchandisers
- Adjust system settings for target stock levels and store capacities
- Collaborate with Logistics and HQ on shipments and deliveries
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock rebalances across stores and regions
- Generate and analyse sales and stock reports, support special allocations and store operational rules
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of D&D experience in retail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Interest in fashion
- Native level Japanese; proficient in written English
