■Suitcase repair
Caster damage, body dents, handle failure, etc.
You will be asked to repair the suitcase you requested.
・Reception (confirmation of repair details, explanation of price)
↓
・Receipt of payment
↓
・Start repairs (repairs that can be done immediately on the spot will be delivered on the same day)
↓
・Customer confirmation – return
Senior staff will give lectures while carefully explaining even difficult work details!
■Customer service/simple office work
We will be responsible for reception, telephone support, and email support for customers who come to the store.
