Commercial Training Manager

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ¥10,000,000 – ¥13,000,000 per annum

    A global biotechnology company is looking for an APEC Commercial Training Manager. The selected candidate will design and deliver commercial and product training to enhance sales performance.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and deliver commercial and product training programs
    Plan and schedule training materials aligned with global directives
    Bridge regional needs with global expectations and execute KPIs
    Evaluate learner performance and provide actionable feedback
    Organise and monitor product learning, certifications, and assessments
    Lead initiatives, including onboarding, consultations, and new training projects

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree or above
    3-5 years of experience in sales and/or sales management (Invitro Diagnostics, Life Science and/or Oncology)
    Proficient in MS Office Suite
    Knowledge of standard sales models (e.g. SPIN, CSS, PSS, etc)
    Business level English (CEFR B1/C1 or equivalent); fluent level Japanese

    Preferred requirements:

    Experience in sales training
    Prior experience working with Commercial Partners
    Possess valid Trainer’s Certification or a Certificate in Training and Assessment
