A global insurance organisation is looking for a Brand and Creative Design Specialist. The selected candidate will develop on-brand visual assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver creative solutions across digital and print channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns and print materials
- Maintain and evolve brand identity in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and copywriting teams on creative concepts
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to final production
- Develop creative ideas aligned with marketing goals and target audiences
- Apply design tools and best practices while staying current with design trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in design
- Experience in design for both digital and traditional media
- Prior experience working with creative agencies
- Knowledge of marketing principles and user experience
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)
- Business level English; proficient in Japanese

- Experience writing for marketing channels
