    Job Summary
    Assistant Store Managers are essential to store leadership, influencing team and guest experiences daily. They lead and coach teams, ensure accountability for results, and maintain outstanding guest service. Responsibilities also include managing operations and administration, focusing on scheduling and floor management.

    Core Responsibilities

    Leadership and People Management: Support Store Manager in building a diverse team, providing direct feedback and career guidance, and managing onboarding and performance.
    Collaboration: Establish productive relationships with team members, contributing to a positive guest experience.
    Guest Experience: Ensure high-quality service by assessing guest needs and providing technical product education.
    Operations: Work with Store Manager to utilize business data for optimizing store operations.
    Experience and Eligibility

    Experience in leadership or people management is required.
    High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
    Must be legally eligible to work in the store’s jurisdiction.
    Job Assets

    Over one year of management experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
