We’re currently hiring full-time English teachers for several of our schools across Tokyo, Chiba, and Kanagawa — and we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy early childhood education.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Teach fun and engaging English lessons to children aged 0 to 5
• Join in daily routines, story time, songs, and play
• Support Japanese staff with school activities and classroom tasks
No Japanese required — but it’s a plus if you do speak it!

Requirements:
• Must currently live in Japan
• Be fluent in English with clear pronunciation
• Must hold a valid visa (Spouse, Specialist in Humanities, Long-Term Resident, or PR)
• Experience teaching or working with preschool-aged children
• A genuine love of working with children and a positive attitude

What We Offer:
• Full-time, stable employment with a one-year renewable contract
(Chance for permanent employment after just one year based on performance!)
• Monthly Salary:
o ¥245,000 (University graduates)
o ¥235,000 (Non-graduates)
• Regional allowance of ¥9,000–¥19,000/month (varies by area)
• Two annual bonus payments (June & December — each one approx. a full paycheck!)
• No weekend teaching – Monday to Friday only (unless there is a special event)
• 10 paid vacation days granted after 6 months (more added each year)
• Most national holidays off
• Health insurance and pension enrollment
• Commuting costs covered up to ¥30,000/month
