A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for a P&O Business Partner. The selected candidate will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural transformation. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business ownership and accountability for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Partner on enterprise-wide P&O projects to ensure alignment with business priorities
- Advise leaders on organisational design, change management, performance, engagement, and retention
- Translate business strategy into people and organisational interventions using data-driven insights
- Lead talent, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong pipeline
- Coach leaders and P&O teams to strengthen governance, culture, and leadership capabilities
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in P&O roles
- More than 5 years of experience as business partner
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
- Fluent level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Prior pharma experience
