A multinational automotive manufacturing company is looking for an OEM Sales Account Manager / Serial Production Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive OEM revenue growth by managing customer projects, forecasts, pricing negotiations, and serial production sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and expansion across OEM sales accounts
- Prepare quotations and negotiate cost responsibility for project changes
- Participate as a core team member in customer projects
- Build strong relationships with customer engineering and procurement teams
- Negotiate pricing adjustments due to design changes, inflation, and forecast fluctuations
- Collect rolling forecasts from customers and align production volumes internally
- Manage customer portal activities and respond to inquiries
- Input customer forecasts into internal ERP systems
- Prepare shipment-related documentation for customers
- Summarise internal costs and negotiate engineering change impacts during serial production
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
- Experience in sales within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive
- Proven experience in OEM account management and serial production environments
- Proficient in automotive development and manufacturing processes, product knowledge, commercial and accounting principles
- Familiarity with automotive regulations and management systems such as IATF16949 and ISO14001
Preferred requirements:
- Knowledge of VAVE, Kaizen, PPAP, FMEA, and APQP
- Business level English
