Marketing Manager

    Salary: ¥10,000,000 – ¥13,000,000 per annum

    A renowned international medical devices company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Surgical. The selected candidate will drive marketing strategies and product management for the surgical business in Japan.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with global objectives
    • Lead product management, including market research, competitive analysis, and R&D collaboration
    • Plan and execute product launches with effective go-to-market strategies
    • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, academic societies, and clinical stakeholders
    • Provide up-to-date clinical and product information to internal and external teams
    • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support business operations

    Requirements:

    • Experience in medical device marketing (surgical or related fields is ideal)
    • Prior experience working in cross-functional and international teams
    • Knowledge of the Japanese healthcare and regulatory environment
    • Proficient in Japanese and English
