Program Manager

    Salary: ¥14,000,000 – ¥16,000,000 per annum

    A multinational technology solutions company is looking for a Program Manager. The selected candidate will lead the end-to-end ServiceNow lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver technical and functional solutions to meet business needs. This is a hybrid setup role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of business requirements within IT and delivery teams
    • Collaborate with business users, developers, solution architects, and customers to capture, analyse, and validate business processes and functional needs
    • Drive the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support
    • Serve as SME for delivered functionality and provide L3 support insights to production teams
    • Proactively manage project risks, escalate issues, and execute mitigation plans with Product Owners
    • Create and deliver documentation, including End User Training, Key User Training, and support knowledge base articles
    • Collaborate with regional customer transition teams and pre-sales architects to translate deal pipelines into implementation roadmaps
    • Partner with Technical Solution Architects to validate deal scope, technical feasibility, and budget alignment
    • Develop and maintain project governance artefacts such as milestone plans, RACI, stakeholder communication plans, and risk registers
    • Ensure alignment with ITIL v3/4-based Service Delivery processes and coordinate

    Requirements:

    • More than 8 years of experience in project/program management, business analysis, or solution delivery roles within IT services
    • Practical experience delivering ServiceNow projects or similar ITSM/ITOM transformation programs
    • Experience in project lifecycle management, change management, and stakeholder management
    • Prior work experience with cross-regional teams and Japanese clients
    • Strong working knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks
    • Proficient in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and training materials
    • Familiarity & certification with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, or ITOM
    • Fluent level Japanese and English
