SFE Strategy Manager

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥15,000,000 per annum

    An international pharmaceutical and healthcare company is looking for an SFE Strategy Senior Specialist or Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales force effectiveness, provide strategic insights, and support long-term commercial growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct commercial analytics, including sales force sizing, deployment, and territory alignment
    • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies, communication plans, and customer profiling
    • Manage sales incentive programs, including scheme design, target setting, payout simulations, and analysis
    • Identify commercial transformation initiatives to engage customers and drive growth
    • Discover sales growth opportunities across territories, teams, products, and segments
    • Formulate transformational initiatives, business case analyses, and go-to-market strategies
    • Provide growth consulting to SFE Managers, Sales Heads, and General Managers

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Engineering, Business, or Management
    • More than 5 years of SFE experience in healthcare or related industries
    • Experience in pharma, medical devices, or supporting SFE in pharma or medical device industries
    • Proficient in Salesforce analytics, business analysis, MS Office Suite, Power BI, and High-Power Platform
    • Fluent level Japanese and English

    Preferred requirements:

    • Master’s degree or MBA qualification
    • Experience in Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Consulting
    • Experience in Sales and Marketing
