Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to help with administrative tasks leading to a boutique luxury hotel opening in Akakura Onsen in the Myoko Kogen Ski Area.
Tasks will include:
– Liaising / communications and arranging meetings between our manager, contractors, designer and suppliers
– Ordering / making purchases online of items necessary for the hotel opening
– Other administrative tasks as necessary
Normal working hours is expected and accommodation will be provided.
We are willing to pay an attractive hourly rate for suitable candidates, up to 3,000 yen / hr.
Japanese and English (business or above) skills are required for this role.
This role will be attractive to those who seek an international experience, working with an expanding hospitality group already with one operating hotel in the area, with a few more to follow and with the potential to expand to broader real estate development opportunities.
