Since we take care of small children, people who love working with kids and have experience are especially welcome!
👨🏫👩🏫 New hires will become part of a small and close-knit team teachers at our school in Senri-Chuo, letting their kids have fun, learn English, and build confidence in their language skills! We encourage our teachers to try new approaches, with all teachers having the freedom to plan their own lessons and tailor them to their students’ needs while being guided by our overall curriculum. As well as helping our students grow, we strive to create an environment where our teachers can grow too. We hold regular training and always have mentors available for advice. Additionally we offer a leadership route for advancement for teachers who show potential and want to build their careers.
✨ We provide training, longer vacations (Golden Week, Winter holidays etc.), salary does not change from month to month, and help to pay for Japanese classes. Teachers take care of their own regular classes and students. We also have seasonal events, trips, and a lot of fun!

📕 Class Types and Average Class Size:
Typically elementary school students, with events open to kindergarten students as well
A team of teachers will be in charge of up to 30 students per day
Teachers will teach mini-group lessons of up to 12 students
＜Position Details＞
💼 Work conditions:
– 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
– 8 hours/day (11am to 7pm)
– Shifts are regular
– A fixed salary is paid monthly
– Health insurance enrollment
📅 Time Off: Two days a week, Golden Week, National Holidays, Summer Vacation, Winter Vacation, and 10 paid vacation days
🏯 Japanese language education allowance: We encourage teachers to have a better understanding of Japanese language and culture by subsidizing partial tuition fees for Japanese language school
💮 An additional monthly allowance is given to all teachers who have passed JLPT N3, N2 or N1!
