We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) ready to transition into a full-time subject teaching role at our school. This is a unique opportunity for those looking to advance their teaching career in Japan.
Position Details:

• Salary: From ¥300,000+ per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
• Contract: Full-time
What We’re Looking For:
• Current or former ALTs who are ready to step into a subject teaching role.
• Experience or familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is highly valued, but not required.
• Candidates with the ability and willingness to teach a subject in our upcoming bilingual course (launching April 2026) are strongly preferred.
