Some responsibilities are as follows:
◎ Site Operation and Updates (Using Shopify)
・Creating and updating pages for selling products
・Newsletter distribution
◎ Sales Maximization Initiatives
・UI/UX improvement tasks to increase conversion rates
※Coding work is outsourced, so no worries! The main tasks involve layout and font adjustments.
・Planning campaigns or devising product ads utilizing YouTube
・Coordination with external partners for UI/UX improvements and ad operations
・Analysis and improvement of the shop
◎ Other Tasks
・Task management for part-time workers
・Other administrative tasks

Post-Joining Flow and Training System

Employment Type
・Full-time employment (Trial period: 4 months)

Annual Salary
・250,000 yen – 500,000 yen
※We will consider and give preferential treatment based on experience, skills, etc.
※Includes fixed overtime pay of ¥58,000 to ¥115,000 per month (equivalent to 30 hours).
Overtime exceeding 30 hours will be paid additionally.
