    Loginet is an international vehicle export & logistics company connecting Japan with 25+ countries. We’re expanding our Tokyo team with TWO roles.

    1) International Sales Representative

    What you’ll do

    Own the full sales cycle with overseas buyers (prospect → close → repeat).

    Manage and grow a qualified pipeline; report forecasts and results.

    Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and conversion.

    Represent LogiNet with partners and customers.

    Requirements

    2+ years in B2B/B2C sales (automotive/logistics preferred).

    Fluent English; business-level Japanese.

    Strong communication/negotiation; target-driven.

    Interest/knowledge in vehicles a plus; valid driver’s license preferred.

    Compensation & terms

    Base + Commission: ¥270,000–¥1,000,000/month (OTE varies with performance).

    Incentive model:

    Above MAP: commission 16.65%–33% (varies by lead source).

    Full social insurance, pension, transport covered.

    Paid leave: 10 days + national holidays (after 6 months).

    Probation: 3 months (extendable to 6).

    WFH: 1 day/week after probation (subject to business needs).

    Visa sponsorship available.

    Freelance option available.


    2) Back Office Staff (Native Japanese) — Non-Sales

    What you’ll do


    Daily bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks.

    Issue/reconcile invoices; manage payments and bank ops.

    Prepare purchase orders & export/shipping documentation.

    Coordinate with Sales & Logistics on internal paperwork and compliance.

    General admin and data entry; support process accuracy.

    Requirements


    Native Japanese, fluent English.

    2+ years in accounting/administration/office management.

    High attention to detail; Excel/office tools; CRM familiarity a plus.

    Logistics/export industry experience is an advantage.

    Compensation & terms

    Performance bonus: paid twice per year.

    Full social insurance, pension, transport covered.

    Paid leave: 10 days + national holidays (after 6 months).

    Probation: 3 months (extendable to 6).

    WFH: 1 day/week after probation (subject to business needs).
