■Job Description:
Brand Strategy Planning and Execution:
Formulate and implement mid- to long-term strategies aimed at enhancing brand value and maximizing sales.
Project Management:
Oversee multiple initiatives, including schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Team Management:
Supervise the brand team, assign roles, and set and evaluate KPIs.
Integrated Marketing Initiatives:
Plan and execute both online and offline activities (advertising, events, in-store promotions).
Collaboration with Internal Departments and External Partners:
Work with advertising agencies, production companies, and store operations teams.
Brand Guideline Development and Implementation:
Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Data Analysis and Improvement Proposals:
Drive the PDCA cycle using sales performance and customer data.
■Required Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of practical experience as a project manager
– Team management experience (regardless of organization or project size)
– Experience in planning and executing within the marketing or branding field
– Strong logical problem-solving ability, with skills to grasp the big picture and set priorities
– Coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders
– Basic business English (emails, reading documents)
■Preferred Qualifications:
– Brand management experience (concept creation, tone & manner control)
– Experience in advertising operations or creative direction
– Experience with overseas projects or inbound-focused initiatives
– Experience in integrated promotional campaigns combining online and offline channels
– Experience building organizations in startups or during company growth phases
