Work contents / remarks
Carefully prepare and serve drinks and assorted desserts in accordance with brand standards
Support for opening/closing operations, cleaning, product replenishment, and POS operations
Warm and courteous customer service and simple English support when needed
If possible, interact with customers through storytelling related to horse racing (welcome if possible)
Compliance with hygiene management and food safety standards
